How do I know when my order is ready to collect?

All orders will be ready within 2 working days from when you place your order. Once your order is ready to for collection, we will send you a message.

When do I need to pick up my order by?

            All Click and Collect orders must be picked up from our office within 3 days.

How can I pay for my order?

My Snakku accepts payments by HSBC Bank Transfer

How do I do a Bank Transfer? 

If you have selected to pay by HSBC Bank Transfer, please submit a copy of your Transfer Slip with the Order Number written on it, and send it to us by WhatsApp to 9148 6283, or email it to info@mysnakku.com. Your order will be held in our system until 3pm the next business day. If payment is not made by 3pm the next business day, your order may be cancelled.

Can I refund/exchange products I’ve ordered?

Unfortunately, due to safety, health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any refunds or exchanges for any orders.

Can I come in to your office to buy with cash?

            Unfortunately, we do not allow any walk-in customers. To minimise staff costs and to pass on all savings to our customers, we only allow orders to be placed online.
